Kris Jenner lists iconic ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ mansion

Kris Jenner is parting ways with her legendary Hidden Hills estate, listing the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom property for US$13.5 million.

The Mediterranean-style mansion, which was heavily featured in Keeping Up With the Kardashians, has been a staple of the familyโ€™s history and is now looking for its next owner.

The sprawling 8,860-square-foot home, which Jenner purchased for $4 million in 2010, is being offered fully furnished for an additional $400,000.

Located within an exclusive guard-gated community, the estate is set on a 1.3-acre lot and boasts a host of luxurious amenities, from a grand double staircase in the foyer to an expansive outdoor entertaining area.

Page Six reports that for over a decade, the mansion was the backdrop of the Kardashian-Jenner empire.

Jennerโ€™s daughters, Kendall and Kylie, lived there as teenagers, while Kim, Kourtney, Khloรฉ, and Rob were frequent visitors.

Fans of the reality series will recognize the homeโ€™s signature black-and-white entryway, an elegant stone driveway, and its open, sun-drenched living spaces.

โ€œIโ€™ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and Iโ€™m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,โ€ Jenner said in a statement.

Since purchasing the home, Jenner has reportedly spent millions on renovations.

She enlisted celebrity interior designer Ryan Saghian to refresh the dรฉcor, replacing nearly all the furnishings with high-end European pieces from Eichholtz.

Custom artwork and bespoke chandeliers add to the homeโ€™s opulence.

The estate includes a modern chefโ€™s kitchen with a large white centre island, an expansive dining area, and a sophisticated home office.

The primary suite serves as a personal retreat, featuring a fireplace, wet bar, steam shower, private gym, and a walk-out balcony with sweeping views of the estate.

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the home offers towering picture windows that flood every room with natural light.

Outside, a resort-like setting awaits, complete with a large swimming pool, built-in hot tub, fire pit, and grilling station with a wine fridge.

A covered outdoor dining area and cabana with plush seating and a fireplace make it perfect for entertaining.
