RE/MAX Australia wins in high stakes

RE/MAX announces RE/MAX Australia as Region of the Year - Asia Pacific Region.

RE/MAX LLC, the global real estate franchise company and subsidiary of RE/MAX Holdings, Inc., recognises the standout performances for each year across all 110-plus countries.

At its massive 2025 event in the US, the franchise company named RE/MAX Australia as the number one region for the Asia Pacific, and the stand-out in 2024 of the 19 regional master franchises.

Measuring regions through a three-tier classification system based on agent count, RE/MAX LLC awarded RE/MAX Australia third place, Category 2, for office net gain and third place, Category 2, for transactions per agent.

Josh Davoren, RE/MAX Australia Operations Director, was on hand to accept the awards, along with Finance Director Chris Chapman and Board Chairman Michael Davoren.

“We say well done to everyone at RE/MAX Australia, as there is plenty of team effort at the heart of all of this!” said Josh Davoren.

“In addition to our awards, we have been included in the prestigious ‘T3’ group, which is a selection of only the three top-performing regions from all in the global RE/MAX network, where recognition is objectively based on a wide selection of performance criteria around growth, agent productivity and more. “

RE/MAX R4, the annual global convention built around networking, education and camaraderie, is described as ‘the epicentre of the RE/MAX network’.

Thousands of RE/MAX affiliates gathered in Las Vegas in the last week of February, when the event was held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Among the delegates were Australian agents and broker-owners from RE/MAX River City, RE/MAX United, RE/MAX Right Home and RE/MAX Excellence.

“R4 is the event for learning, masterminding, and networking,” Josh Davoren said.

“A delegate is sure to attend at least one session that will drive them forward this year in their business, and without doubt, they will meet at least one person who will inspire them to strive for that next level.”

In the powerhouse four-day program, delegates were guaranteed dynamic interactive sessions, innovative networking opportunities, cutting-edge speakers and fresh surprises.

Last year, RE/MAX Managing Director Joel Davoren described the Global Referral Exchange as a ‘veritable United Nations of real estate with one universal language – referrals’.

It returned this year. Then, after a week of education, technology, and networking, it was time to loosen up โ€ฆ with an exclusive to R4 live performance by GRAMMYยฎ nominated rock band, OneRepublic.
