Her career spans from frontline property management to leading and coaching high-performing teams across Australia and internationally, built on a foundation of operational excellence, team development, and client service.
In her new role, Ms Major will support property management business owners and their teams through in-office consulting, bespoke training, and strategic coaching.
Her focus will be on elevating team performance, streamlining service delivery, and helping agencies strengthen their rent roll operations through practical, proven systems.
