Experienced real estate professionals Victor Paz and Kristy Clymo have joined the Harcourts network and launched Harcourts Property Specialists.
With over two decades of experience in the property sector and a strong connection to the local Perth community, the team is poised to make significant strides as part of the Harcourts family.
Mr Paz began his real estate career in 1994 and established his first office in Willetton in 2003 before expanding into Shelley in 2012 and South Lake in 2015.
Known for managing and selling predominantly residential properties, with a small commercial portfolio under management, he brings deep industry insight and an enviable reputation to Harcourts.
Supporting him is Head of Operations, Ms Clymo, who started her real estate career in 1999 and has worked alongside Victor since 2003.
“After 22 years in one franchise group, we are excited about joining a winning brand which we believe will give our team new energy, new ideas, and new growth as we push forward to the next 22+ years in business,” Mr Paz said.
When asked why they chose to migrate to Harcourts, Ms Clymo explained their decision process.

Several long-standing team members highlight their stability and dedication, with some having worked with the company for over 10 years.
