Understanding all too well the challenges that working parents face, RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside broker owner and CEO of the Limitless Group (TLG) Hayley Van de Ven has created a school holiday program to support working parents, to help foster an environment where the team can thrive without the pressure and stress of school holidays.
“I’m a mum of two young boys and holiday time comes around so quickly, sometimes I feel like they have more school holidays than school days,” Ms Van de Ven, CEO of the Limitless Group and owner of the RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside said.
“One of our highest values is creating the world’s best team, a team that supports each other.
โThis is a no brainer for us, with over a third of our team having school-aged children this is a big stress for parents, and also on the business, each school holidays.

“We are lucky enough to have the scale and the resources to be able to offer a school holiday program to our team with take up from our property managers, administration, leadership and salespeople alike.”
The school holiday program is driven by Candice Van de Ven, an ex-school teacher herself and a qualified swim teacher; she is now the allied business manager at TLG and has planned out the holiday program to facilitate excursions, arts and crafts days, and swim camp at the Clem Jones Centre.
“The kids had a ball and were really excited to hang out together,” Ms Van de Van said.

“We have a whole team of RE/MAX babies who have grown up being part of the business, watching their iPads at auctions, suiting up for rental inspections and being horrified with their parents being on every bus stop and signboard!
“This is a family business and it’s important to me as a mum and business owner that I can support our team to do their best work without the stress and pressure of school holidays.”
