Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi has announced that top-performing agent Nicholas Loftus has joined the Coronis Group and will be opening his own agency, Coronis Aspley.

Mr Loftus joins Coronis after a successful career with another major network, where he was consistently recognised as one of their top agents, earning multiple status and performance awards.
Soon-to-be a father of two, Mr Loftus said Coronis’ values and people-first culture deeply resonated with him.

Aspley, a major suburban centre 13km North of the CBD, has epitomised Brisbane’s booming real estate market. In just 5 years, the median sale price has grown from $644,000 to $1,150,000.
Coronis’ growth has mirrored the Brisbane boom, with new agencies in the nearby suburbs of Bracken Ridge, Strathpine, Warner, Mitchelton, as well as their longstanding Chermside and Lutwyche Agencies.
