Sales executives Garry Cooper and Greg Cameron will take the reins of the business that operates in the Kings Langley and Kings Park areas.
Garry Cooper is confident on the prospects for the neighbouring suburbs given the turnaround in the sentiment in the Sydney market recently and believes the Kings Langley and Kings Park areas are well-positioned for growth as the next stage of the market cycle plays out.
“The market has adjusted and we’re confident that the bottom of the cycle, at least in the local context, has been reached,” said Mr Cooper.
“Vendors know their property is in demand as more and more buyers from different demographics are attracted to an area that balances strong transport connections with scenic greenery and relative affordability,” he said.
Kings Langley and Kings Park are suburbs that are well-positioned in terms of their access to public transport given the location of the M7, while prices are still reasonable for first home buyers.
As a result, Mr Cooper is seeing activity in the local market is increasing.
“While there’s a prevailing stock shortage, market appraisal activity has picked up in recent weeks and as spring approaches, we expect more homes to become available.”
“This will be important to meet the groundswell of interest from buyers, including first home buyers, who recognise that current market conditions represent a sound purchasing opportunity.”
Since taking over the business, the team at Laing+Simmons Kings Langley | Kings Park, are looking to expand and will be targeting the best talent in the industry.
Opportunities will exist for enthusiastic property management professionals to join the team.
Network Growth Manager Travis Wentriro believes Laing+Simmons always prioritises its existing team members when new opportunities arise, including in areas in which it already has a strong presence.
“Garry and Greg are without question two of the leading agents in western Sydney and, year-on-year, are among the top performers in the Laing+Simmons network.
“We look forward to working with Garry, Greg and the Kings Langley | Kings Park team in this next phase of their evolution and help them cement their market-leading position in the local catchment.”
