After six years successfully servicing the Northern Gold Coast, family-owned agency Rodgers & Wilson Real Estate has taken the next step on their business journey, joining the Agents’Agency as they look towards a period of growth.
Run by husband-and-wife duo, Oliver and Tamara Rodgers, the brand launched in 2017 combining the couple’s extensive experience in sales and property management.
Their aim was to bring a new level of expertise and service to the thriving northern Gold Coast market, with a personalised approach to selling and managing property

Now they’re ready to embrace further growth with the support of the Agents’Agency and its national network.
Oliver explains the couple assessed numerous options before deciding to partner with the Agents’Agency.
“We’d been invited to join franchises in the past, but were keen to retain our own branding,” he says.
“We also looked at other platforms but, in addition to back-of-house support, the Agents’Agency offers a lot more training and mentoring, which will really benefit our business going forward.”

Oliver notes this support will be invaluable for his business going forward, with Rodgers & Wilson set to soon embark on a period of further growth.
“We’re looking at doubling in size in terms of both property management and sales in the immediate future,” he says.
“At the moment we’re looking for a new office space and are also seeking to bring on new team members.
“Joining the Agents’Agency will assist in the professional development of our current high-performing team, allowing them to grow their careers. It will also enable us to attract more great people and grow our business further.”
After putting in the hard yards of starting their own agency and building the business, Oliver and Tamara are also looking forward to the freedom that working with the Agents’Agency will provide.
