The Moonee Valley real estate market is set for a shake-up as two of the area’s prominent agents join forces to become Jellis Craig Essendon.
The Essendon team will be led by existing Jellis Craig directors John Morello and Simon Mason alongside former Considine Real Estate director Chauntel Considine and former Frank Dowling Estate Agents partner, Christian Lonzi.
The long-established local agency Considine Real Estate will transition to Jellis Craig Essendon, before the team move to a brand-new office in the iconic Mount Alexander Road precinct once construction is complete.
The team is positioned to deliver outstanding results for the Moonee Valley market, connecting more buyers and sellers by leveraging the benefits of Jellis Craig’s strategic network.
“It’s exciting to be able to pioneer the future of real estate in Essendon with such a wealth of local experience and knowledge,” Mr Morello said.
“We are proud of the team we have established and look forward to delivering the best results for anyone buying, selling or leasing in Moonee Valley”
Jellis Craig CEO Nick Dowling said the move demonstrates Jellis Craig’s commitment to strategic growth within Melbourne’s most sought after suburbs.
“Our growth throughout Melbourne’s best suburbs and our innovative service offering has earned us a reputation as a market leader in the premium property sector,” Mr Dowling said.
“This move will both strengthen that reputation throughout Melbourne and cement Jellis Craig’s positioning as a leader in the local Moonee Valley market.”
