Century 21 Australia has strengthened its national network with the launch of Century 21 Stellar Group in Hobart, marking an expansion of its footprint in Tasmania.
Located at 31 Melville Street, the new office will service the Greater Hobart region under the leadership of Managing Director Alison Rogers and Licensee/Managing Agent Hannah Katz.
Ms Rogers brings eight years of real estate experience to the role, while Ms Katz contributes twelve years of industry expertise.
Throughout her career, Ms Rogers has built a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a people-first approach.
Her achievements include receiving the Women’s Network Australia Impact Award in 2024, and being named a Paul Harriss Fellow by Rotary International in 2023.
On joining Century 21, Ms Rogers said the decision was straightforward.
“Being part of the world’s largest residential real estate brand – one that values local knowledge and relationships while providing outstanding technology, systems, and training – was an easy decision,” Ms Rogers said.
“Century 21 has been incredibly supportive and inclusive, and we’ve been impressed by the strength of leadership in the corporate team.”
Ms Katz, who began her career in the Huon Valley before expanding into broader property markets, brings deep local knowledge and a commitment to client service to the leadership team.
Ms Rogers described the transition to Century 21 as energising.
“The International Leadership Academy was a brilliant week of invaluable training in planning, strategy, and tools,” she said.
“The Century 21 Australasia Convention was perfect timing before our office opening – it showcased innovation, international opportunities, and a powerful sense of connection within the network.”
The Chairman and Owner of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey, said the timing was perfect to expand the brand’s footprint in Tasmania.
“The Tasmanian property market has been very active in recent years and is currently going through a lot of changes,” Mr Tarbey said.
“These changes coupled with the iconic nature of the location means there will be ongoing demand for experienced, reliable and expert agents.
