Movers and Shakers

Amanda Freeman joins BresicWhitney

She will drive the ongoing growth of the group’s Lower North Shore investor client base.

The Announcement:

Sydney’s leading property group has built on its momentum in the Lower North Shore with the appointment of an established professional in property management.

Amanda joins BresicWhitney as business development executive.

She will drive the ongoing growth of the group’s Lower North Shore investor client base, leveraging both her wealth of experience and knowledge as a local Lower North Shore resident.

With first-hand insight into the Lower North Shore market, Amanda has built a reputation as one of the area’s most sought-after and well-respected professionals.

She has held senior positions with many well-known brands throughout her decade-long career in property management.

Amanda will work closely with not only the BresicWhitney property management team – over 30 individuals encompassing senior business development executives, and specialised leasing and portfolio management teams – but with the group’s transactional agents to identify and deliver outcomes.

Amanda’s appointment also brings the BresicWhitney business development team to 50 per cent female and 50 per cent male.

BresicWhitney Head of Property Management Chantelle Collin said Amanda’s ethos and values were precisely aligned with those of BresicWhitney.

“Amanda is a strategic thinker with an ability to deliver meaningful business growth and exceptional outcomes,” she said.

“Importantly, she understands the need to marry this with the ambitions of our clients, customers, and local communities.

“Adding to that is her understanding of the benefits of holistic portfolio management, being not just a service that’s delivered, but being a partner to clients across the property lifecycle.

It’s a delight to welcome her to the team.”

Amanda Freeman said, “I chose BresicWhitney because they are not just a real estate company; they are a team of innovators, creatives, and visionaries”.

I am excited to join them in redefining the real estate experience and making a meaningful impact in the industry.”

Thomas McGlynn, BresicWhitney Chief Executive Officer, said that Amanda’s appointment reflected BresicWhitney’s clear vision of becoming Sydney’s leading property group, and the opportunities it was creating for its people.

“Amanda is very well regarded and for good reason,” he said.

“Not only does she have the experience and skills that will complement our team; but she understands the journey we’re on to building a meaningful presence on the Lower North Shore and across Sydney’s key Harbourside suburbs.

“Amanda will add exceptional value to BresicWhitney and we are committed to nurturing this exciting next phase of her career; as we are for all our people, who share our genuine excitement and belief in our future.”

BresicWhitney recently announced its Lower North Shore office, at Level 1, 742 Military Road, Mosman.

Situated within the former ANZAC Memorial Hall, the creation of the office is a partnership with award-winning design practice Those Architects, and its Co-Founder and Director Ben Mitchell, who is also a local Mosman resident.

The office is expected to complete in mid-2024.
