AREC focuses on what’s “shaping the future of real estate”

The Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) is celebrating its 21st year by bringing 32 speakers over 48 hours.

The two day conference returns to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday, May 27th and Monday, May 28th for the seventh year.

Under the direction of AREC founder John McGrath, delegates will be armed with priceless information and practical strategies to help take their business to a new level and provide their customers with an education and forward-thinking approach to transacting property.

“This year’s event, as promised, will have the strongest line-up of real estate speakers ever assembled in Australasia. This has been our promise to our delegates many of whom come back every year – to keep delivering more,” said Mr McGrath.

“We have always believed that an event of the calibre of AREC needs a balance of leading-edge information plus life-changing inspiration – this year’s speakers will do deliver that and more,” he said.

This year’s two-day program will focus on the themes that drive change and allow market domination. These themes will help delegates embrace opportunities regardless of changing market conditions:

  • Action and strategies to shake up the industry
  • Technologies to stay ahead of the game
  • Investment in yourself and your staff
  • Individuality and how to set yourselves apart
  • Unity and shared ideas

The conference is also bringing back some of its biggest speakers, kicking off with international Tom Ferry, returning for his fourth time.

Other speakers include New York Times bestselling author Amanda Lindhout (Canada), business communication genius Chris Helder (USA), New York luxury real estate agents Dolly and Jenny Lenz (USA) and Australia’s own Josh Phegan.
