Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has expanded its Queensland team, appointing James Bell as Growth Manager for the state.
A renowned and experienced industry professional with a real estate career spanning more than two decades, Mr Bell comes with frontline knowledge on sales, property management, office administration and auctioneering, having owned his own real estate business.
More recently, Mr Bell held a role that focused on learning and development within the real estate industry, and he said he was thrilled to be joining the Better Homes and Gardens team.
“It’s a great opportunity for me to leverage my experience to spearhead network growth in the Queensland market and deliver ongoing support to agents and principals joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate” Mr Bell said.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney said she was confident his addition to the team would help continue the great momentum achieved by the lifestyle brand.
“I am so pleased to have James join the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate,” Ms Delaney said. “He brings a depth of knowledge and experience to our unique and highly-respected brand that I am confident will enable us to build our network.”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate recently celebrated the opening of its Central and Crows Nest offices in NSW, and will soon announce their initial Victorian office as the network expands its footprint nationally.
Mr Bell officially begins his new role on 1 August 2019.
