Belle Property and Hockingstuart celebrate top performers

The annual awards night celebrated the achievements of the offices and agents excelling in the current market conditions with the Dee Why office achieving the highest GCI.

The Announcement:

Belle Property and Hockingstuart celebrated their annual awards night this week, at a virtual ceremony which highlighted the network’s stand-out performers across the country.

Nick Duchatel from Belle Property Dee Why (NSW) took out the award for highest agent gross commission income (GCI), with the Dee Why office also achieving the highest GCI nationally – for the second year in a row.

Also hailing from NSW was the top principal for GCI – Tim Foote from Belle Property Mosman. While across the border in ACT, Belle Property Canberra took the top spot for the largest number of property transactions.

“Throughout what has been another year of upheaval, we’ve seen our metropolitan and regional offices embracing and maximising the opportunities provided by their local market conditions. I sincerely congratulate all our award winners this year on successfully navigating the market this past year,” said Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property and Hockingstuart.

“It’s particularly inspiring to witness the achievements of agents in regional centres this year, such as Peter Julian from Belle Property Geelong and Torquay, who sold the highest number of properties out of all sales agents/principals nationally. A fantastic result by anyone’s standards,” Peter added.

The CEO Award went to Simon Harrison from Belle Property Lane Cove and Hunters Hill.

“This award recognises the way Simon wholeheartedly embraces our group’s culture and values, particularly his enthusiasm for going over and above for his clients to deliver them some great results,” explained Peter.

Despite the restrictions encountered by the property market over the past year, a growth mindset has ensured the Belle Property and Hockingstuart network continues to go from strength to strength.

“Despite the long lockdowns affecting many parts of Australia in recent months, our offices have continued to perform exceptionally well and shown themselves to be incredibly adaptable and resilient,” said Peter.

“We are dedicated to continually developing our large network of talented individuals. Our award-winning professional development academy has just been given an overhaul, and a new head of people recently appointed to bolster our national training, coaching and recruitment.

“This approach ensures our group continues to be recognised for its premium real estate services, superior client service and outcomes, as evidenced by the excellent results achieved by this year’s award winners,” concluded Peter.
