Belle Property expands in Sydney with new office in Rhodes

Belle Property has strengthened its stronghold on Sydney’s property market, opening a new office in the high-density waterside suburb of Rhodes.

Led by Principals Sophia Zhou and Jason Bi, the new office was a strategic decision to capitalise on the potential for growth and development in Rhodes and its surrounding suburbs.

Ms Zhou said she and Mt Bi had built their careers in Rhodes and lived locally too.

“We have seen how the area has grown and changed over the past few years and while it is highly-competitive, we see huge potential for both sales and investment in the future at the hands of the right agents and the right brand,” she said.

“We were attracted to the Belle Property brand for its premium look and feel, but also for its approach to customer service. Because we live in Rhodes, we are highly-invested in our local area and the relationships we build, so superior customer service is first and foremost our priority.”

Ms Zhou, whose background spans property sales, mortgage broking and accounting, said the Rhodes area is highly diverse with a high number of non-English speaking residents, meaning trust and authenticity in dealings is paramount.

“Our team at Rhodes are fluent in both English and Mandarin, and most of us also have a background in finance and accounting,” she said.

“This is a real advantage for us as it allows us to connect with our clients on a deeper level and offer them guidance on a variety of financial issues related to property sales and investment.

“We are aiming to be the market leader, but we want that title to be based on our authentic dealings, our outstanding results and our commitment to the community so that will be our focus as we move forward in business.”

Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said he was thrilled to welcome Ms Zhou and Mr Bi to the group and was impressed by their strong business acumen and ambitious plans for growth.

“Rhodes and Wentworth Point are unique markets in Sydney being high-density and highly competitive, so there is strong opportunity for growth and development as we see more Sydney-siders opt for the apartment-living lifestyle,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“Sophia and Jason have extensive sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the local area so it is exciting to see where they will take their business in the coming months.”
