Belle Property has merged with Western Australian agency Acton, adding 20 offices to their broadening portfolio amid the region’s property market boom.

Belle Property has added 20 offices to its growing national network by merging with one of Western Australia’s leading real estate brands, Acton.
Belle Property Group CEO, Peter Hanscomb said “as a Group, we’re focused on bolstering our position and reputation across the country by integrating established and trusted local agencies into our network.
“Acton is an iconic Western Australian real estate brand that shares our approach to highly personalised customer care, in-depth local knowledge and boutique services.
“Merging with Acton is a strategic move that positions us as Australia’s first premium national network.”
Acton joins Hockingstuart as a part of Belle Property Group’s innovative agency model. All three brands will operate independently, and without competition, as part of one major real estate network.
Belle Property made its first foray into the Western Australian market earlier this year with the launch of Belle Property Broome. Acton’s offices will supercharge the brand’s reach, growing its national footprint to more than 160 locations throughout New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory.
Together, Belle Property, Hockingstuart and Acton generated more than $16 billion in combined residential sales across the last financial year. The Western Australia market contributed significantly to this figure with Perth house prices up 10 per cent year on year.
Peter Hanscomb explained that Acton was the missing piece of the puzzle for Belle Property Group’s national network, “We’re thrilled to connect east and west by welcoming Acton’s offices and teams into the Belle family.”
