Belle Property Paddington is set for a spring spruce up

Under the leadership of new owners Anthony Whittard and husband and wife team Glenn and Skye Finlay, the brand-new office at 232 Given Terrace in Paddington will aim to achieve the same boutique approach Belle Property prides itself on.

Mr Whittard explained Paddington has seen plenty of buyer demand at present, providing a great balance between inner-city living paired with extensive space and stunning Queenslander homes.

“Nestled on a hillside near the city, but miles away from its hustle and bustle, average house prices in the pretty Paddington area have shot up by 18 per cent over the past year,” Mr Whittard said.

“With plenty of appeal to buyers of all life stages and ages, and with further market growth expected, we are confident now is a great time to be operating in the area.”

CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb was delighted the trio are joining the national network.

“Anthony, Skye and Glenn are all seasoned professionals with substantial business experience under their belts, Mr Hanscomb said.

“Anthony and Glenn were most recently agents with Belle Property Ascot where they achieved great sales results and were immersed in the ‘Belle Property way’ with its focus on premium service and results.

“Echoing our resolute commitment to superlative customer service, Glenn and Anthony are well-known for going over and above to deliver outstanding results for clients, making them a perfect fit for our brand.”

Following their success in Ascot, the duo, along with Glenn’s wife Skye, decided the time was right to open their own agency.

“We were drawn to Belle Property’s boutique brand and elegant look and feel, which along with the support for offices made it really stand out,” Mr Finlay explained.

“The brand offers distinct selling points including affiliations with Belle magazine and national lifestyle publication Sitchu, along with a network of high-quality suppliers. All of which helps us become the first port of call for premium real estate services in the area.”

While the trio has big plans to make it into the top 10 offices for sales over the next year, financial goals aren’t their only yard stick for business achievement, according to licensed agent Ms Finlay.

“We are all firm believers that businesses need to grow sustainably, while operating authentically with clients and empowering staff to perform at their best. We also want to form strong community partnerships and plan to get involved with local activities wherever possible,” she explained.

It is an approach that Mr Hanscomb firmly believed will pay off in spades for their new venture.

“Skye, Glenn and Anthony are no strangers to operating successfully in business, and under their skilled leadership I have every confidence Belle Property Paddington will deliver exceptional results for clients buying, selling, renting or investing in the area,” he said.
