Belle Property Ryde will launch a new property management division, building off its existing successful residential sales results.
The Announcement:
Belle Property Ryde today announced the launch of its new property management division, led by Lee Dangerfield. The new division marks a significant expansion of services for the office, building off its existing successful sales division.
CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb commented on the launch, “Located just 25 minutes’ drive from Sydney’s CBD, Ryde has become an attractive area for people wanting more room to work from home or play with the kids.
“We have enjoyed a notable history of impressive sale results in the suburb and felt a growing need to add Belle Property’s uncompromised quality of property management services to the local rental market,” Peter said.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Lee Dangerfield to our team to head up the new division. Lee has an extraordinary reputation in the property management world, having achieved Elite status in a past role. We’re looking forward to seeing the wonderful feats she achieves at Belle Property Ryde.”
A licensed real estate agent since 2011, Lee Dangerfield made the move to Belle Property Ryde from Ray White North Ryde, where she rose through the ranks from Receptionist to Head of Property Management. She has a wealth of compliance knowledge, a thorough understanding of tenancy legislation, and an elevated approach to customer service.
Lee Dangerfield also commented on the launch of the division, “Ryde is valued for being neither too metro nor too regional and, in the context of COVID, this is incredibly desirable. The local rental market has exploded with demand for houses, duplexes and villas – to the point that renters make up almost 40 per cent of the current population.
“Belle Property Ryde already has a great local presence and, with this, we’re confident that we will list and rent properties in the shortest amount of time possible,” Lee said.
“I love the Ryde area – the old and the new, the multicultural demographic and the great community spirit. I look forward to overseeing the new property management department and growing it into a division that solves problems, helps tenants and landlords feel safe and secure, and leaves a great local impression.”
Lee Dangerfield and the team are at home at 95 Blaxland Road Ryde, offering Ryde, North Ryde, West Ryde, and Meadowbank a new and specialised focus on property management.
