Belle Property’s award-winning St Kilda team is opening a new office in Brighton this week, expanding its reach across Melbourne’s south.
Co-directors Sam Inan and John Manning, who bring more than 30 years of combined real estate experience, will lead a team of 40 across the new Bayside and existing St Kilda offices – creating one of the largest real estate teams in Melbourne.
A remarkable $50 million+ worth of new on- and off-market listings will be launched at the Brighton office in the next three weeks, amid a flurry of market activity post-lockdown.

Helping to head up the growing team is Belle Property Brighton Director of Sales, mentor and coach, Adam Joske.
