Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has opened a second Sydney office, this time in the CBD on York Street.
Known as Central, the office follows on from the previous grand opening of The Ponds on 9 May.
Licensed real estate agent Sally-Anne Lawlor has joined the brand, bringing almost 20 years of experience to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, predominately selling residential property in Mosman, Neutral Bay and Cremorne.
Also joining the Central sales team is Emma Brown-Garrett who brings 10 years of industry experience and a passion for helping people achieve their home ownership dreams. Mrs Mrs Brown-Garrett is also a licensed auctioneer.
The team will be supported by Sharon Small who will manage the administration of the office.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is also set to further increase its presence in the near future, with additional offices opening in Richmond (VIC), Crows Nest (NSW), and Bella Vista (NSW) this month.
New CEO Michelle Delaney said it was refreshing to see so much enthusiasm for the lifestyle real estate brand.
“We’re already actively working with several franchisees who are in the process of setting up their new Better Homes and Garden Real Estate offices,” Ms Delaney explained.
While network expansion is a key focus for the brand, so has been the development of a solid training platform to help new and experienced staff develop their skills.
The training framework will include a mix of online tutorials, webinars and face-to-face workshops that will be available to all members of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate team.
