Victorian Group Biggin & Scott have announced their intention to expand nationally in 2018, with new offices opening in NSW and Queensland.
Founded by Kevin Biggin over 100 years ago, Biggin & Scott are well established in the Victorian property market with over 35 offices currently in operation.
Their business model, which focuses on offering franchisees larger territories and encouraging multiple offices per franchisee, has proven popular with the group receiving regular interest from potential franchisees from within the industry.
Adam Flynn, Director of Biggin & Scott Knox and Sub-Franchisor of Biggin & Scott South Eastern will be driving the push for the new offices to open quickly.
CEO of Biggin & Scott Corporate, Paul Stoner, believes that now is the opportune time for the network to expand and leverage the robust systems in place within the group.
Franchisee recruitment will be selective with only those who embrace the network’s values of being community-minded, professional, responsible and embracing strong family values being considered.
The group, which is currently Victorian based, expect to have 25 offices operating outside of Victoria within the next 5 years.
