Strategic growth sees Buxton expand into Melbourne’s affluent Camberwell.

After the appointment of a new CEO Marcus Williams, Buxton is proving their goals of expansion are well underway, as the team behind their Ashburton, Oakleigh and Mount Waverley locations announce the opening of a new office in Camberwell.
This marks the fourth office from Directors Nicole Lismore and Chris Constantinou, who are confident the new office will assist in expanding Buxton’s presence as the organisation seeks to grow its dominance in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.
“It was one of the missing pieces of the puzzle within the group, with a huge crossover from pre-existing market places which are already in operation,” Nicole says.
“The decision to open this office was the next natural step to help bolster our business across the Boroondara and Stonnington municipalities.”
Director Chris Constantinou adds that this is a significant moment for the entire Buxton group.
“It signals not only our confidence in the market in a time of economic uncertainty, but also in the desirability of Camberwell and its immediate neighboring suburbs,” he says.
“It’s imperative that the Buxton Group carve out an identity in this area, as we intend to be strong and proud in this marketplace for many years to come.”
