The cherry blossom or Sakura is the national flower of Japan and is a traditional symbol of renewal and optimism. In Japan, the appearance of pink blossom marks the end of winter and the beginning of Spring. Due to an always short-but-sweet blooming season, the cherry blossom also represents the transience of human life according to Buddhist philosophy and tradition.

Sakura is completely intertwined into Japanese culture and history. In ancient Japan, farmers would be on guard for the floral blooming of the Sakura signalling the perfect time for them to plant their rice crops.

Mastery by Crown Group have created a sense of magic in their display suite, by remarkably harnessing the very emblematic and cultural significance of Sakura that is as coveted as it is ephemeral.
