According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, Crawford sold the home for US$45 million in 2018 and if the current vendor achieves their price it will be one of the highest-priced sales recorded in the state.
The mansion boasts panoramic views of the coast and sits on three acres of manicured grounds above Malibu’s El Sol Beach and includes a private path that leads down to the sand, accessible by only the surrounding mansions.
The residence comprises 692sq m with plenty of open space and an airy floor plan. The main floor includes a great room, which combines the living room, den, dining area, and gourmet kitchen.
Ocean views encircle the home with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a wraparound deck.
