Sandy Taylor is looking forward to building on the existing foundations and changing people’s lives for the better.
The Announcement:
The Coronis Group has appointed Sandy Taylor as the new Franchise Director to support its expansion plans and vision of becoming Asia-Pacific’s leading property services provider.
Coronis CEO Andrew Coronis said he is thrilled with the appointment and highlights the importance of this role in building the company’s growing franchise empire.
“We are proud to welcome Sandy to our leadership team, an expert in her field who will help us take our franchising business to the next level,” said Mr Coronis.
“We would also like to thank Jodie Stainton, previously in this role, for her incredible contributions in the last 4 years at Coronis and for pioneering our unique partnership model for franchisees in Australia.”
Ms Taylor joined Coronis in January 2021 as the National Head of Growth before being promoted to the national position of Franchise Director. She has extensive experience in the industry in various national roles in real estate franchises across Australia, including over eight years at a leading real estate group.
In her role as Franchise Director, she will spearhead the growth strategy for the franchising business.
“I look forward to building on the amazing foundations that Jodie has established and changing people’s lives for the better by giving them another option,” said Ms Taylor.
“This includes supporting franchisees to either take the leap and start their own business or supercharge their existing business.
“Our offering is not cookie cutter. The unique partnership model offers the client a boutique, personalised experience with one point of contact – the business owner, backed by a market-leading brand to ensure best-in-breed technology, systems and market reach.
“We have the most amazing community of people who are incredibly passionate and driven about their business, supporting and building each other up. Knowing that I can now help them move on to another level at a time when the industry is really crying out for viable options is something that I’m really excited about.”
Coronis is on an immense growth trajectory, helping 27 new franchisees across Australia start their businesses with the company in the last six months. The company has recently added three new offices in Victoria, and has plans to expand into Tasmania.
Coronis is headquartered in Queensland, where it also has the most significant presence, with other offices located throughout Western Australia and New South Wales.
