Coronis has expanded its property management offering with a new national B2B professional service, headed up by industry expert Salina Kachel.
Property Management Director Jodi Ford said the new service offering was part of the company’s National Growth Strategy with an increased focus on partnerships with the likes of wealth creation houses, financial planners and off-the-plan selling companies including builders and developers.
“2020 is gearing up to be a big year for us at Coronis,” Ms Ford said.
“We have several initiatives rolling out at the moment that will expand the geographic area we work in and ultimately provide more landlords and tenants access to our award-winning services.
“Coronis Invest, which we’ve appointed Salina to manage, will take our B2B division to the next level providing services that other agents cannot deliver.”
Ms Kachel has more than 30 years’ experience in property management specialising in B2B relationships and joint venture partnerships.
She has extensive knowledge on ‘investment hot spots across Australia’, which Ms Ford said made her the perfect leader to grow this division and expand the initiative nationally.
“Our property management team has worked hand in hand with several developers over the past few years, however we’re ready to take on more clients and portfolios,” she said.
“We know our team has the experience and expertise to successfully look after large rent rolls with world-class customer service, so it’s time to now offer that on a larger scale.
“As we’re growing our team nationally through our Coronis e-business model, we now have the capability of offering clients access to our innovative technology, systems and brand in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, which is really exciting.”
Ms Kachel said she was excited to join the Coronis Group as they aligned with her customer service ethos and high client-centric service offering.
“Working with my clients and providing their investor clients with an alternate superior service on a national level is what I’m passionate about,” Ms Kachel said.
“I’m looking forward to sharing Coronis’ systems, technology and award-winning team with more businesses across Australia.”
