Queensland super group Coronis has launched state-of-the-art marketing software across their 22 offices across the state in partnership with digital real estate marketing company DIAKRIT.
The technology allows clients to interact with online listings using tools including magazine quality photography, virtual reality plus 2D and 3D floor plans, allowing potential buyers to “mentally move in” and engage with the property.
Coronis Managing Director Andrew Coronis believes the technology it will significantly enhance their client’s buying experiences.
“I’m very excited about our new partnership with DIAKRIT, they are the world leaders in delivering innovative digital marketing solutions for the real estate industry,” Mr Coronis said.
Before buyers even walk through a property, they can use the tools to plan, furnish or renovate it online and visually create their new home so that by the time they attend the open home, they’re much more engaged.
“As agents, we don’t always address the fact that people don’t buy a property with furniture in there, they put in furniture of their own. Using the technology, they can furnish the property and change the carpet colour, wall paint and fixtures, which allows them to bond with the property,” Mr Coronis said.
The company has been trialling the product over the past three months with positive feedback.
“We have had vendors see it then call us and say then want to be part of it. Being first to market has helped.”
Mr Coronis believes this technology is a game changer for the industry and he is eager to roll it out and have the industry follow suit.
“I think that’s our job as leaders of business. I look at this technology like a wave in the ocean, if you’re too far in front your burn your arms out. If you’re too slow it will leave you behind. We want to ride the tech wave and I want to educate myself on best practices.”
“This is just the start of it. With virtual tools, I think in the future the majority of investors will be buying properties from 3D goggles. I’m seeing it all change so rapidly.”
DIAKRIT Co-Founder, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President Dick Karlsson said he was excited to bring new and exciting digital property marketing solutions to the Queensland market, and together with Coronis, help buyers and vendors achieve their real estate dreams sooner.
“Coronis are embracing industry-first technology that is already pervading in other progressive markets such as Sweden, Norway and the USA, and being able to offer high-quality floor plans, unique photography style, furnish and renovation tools, and 360° VR tours ensure they can deliver the best results for their clients,” Mr Karlsson said.
“Through this partnership, we look forward to driving innovative experiences within Queensland’s real estate industry.”
