Queensland’s largest, wholly-owned end-to-end real estate business Coronis has sold its iconic location in Stafford, with the now team set to operate out of the company’s hub.
Managing Director Andrew Coronis said the bold move is part of a new era in real estate fully embraced by the company.
“In the name of progress and Mission 10-4, we have to let go some of our legacies, and unfortunately Stafford location is one of those legacies,” Mr Coronis said.
“The memories from this place will be forever treasured in our Coronis family because a physical location doesn’t define our business.
“Like everything in life, you must move on, you must get better, and that’s what we’re doing.”
The Stafford team will still operate and service all of its clients from Stafford and surrounding areas, only now they will operate out of Coronis Hub in Lutwyche.
“By evolving our business, we will direct our energy towards growing our existing team instead of scattering our energy across multiple locations. This will allow us to create a winning environment with the high-performing team across 10 hub offices,” Mr Coronis said.
“Times have changed so much. I remember how back in the day we had to share one computer and how it could take us a few days to get a photo of a listing and then get it published in the newspaper.
“If you’ve been in the real estate business this long, you can definitely appreciate how much everything has changed thanks to the digital era.”
He said they were now focusing on attracting industry-leading talent for their hubs, with principal position in the Stafford team now open.
“There’s nothing more important in sales than enthusiasm, energy, and culture that allows the team to perform their best,” Mr Coronis said.
“Now that the new door is opened, we’re ready to step into tomorrow.”
