Country music singer Kacey Musgraves has officially sold her chic Nashville pad to fellow musician Kelsea Ballerini.
According to architecturaldigest.com, Ballerini paid US$2.5 million for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom traditional-style house.
The private home boasts 324sq m of internal living space and is surrounded by a forest of greenery and sits at the end of a long driveway.
The singer hired interior designer Lindsay Rhodes to transform the home to incorporate Musgraves’s eclectic collection of secondhand furniture and decor.
There are a host of personal touches inside and the entire house was blanketed in neutral colours with the exception of the music room, which is finished in a dusky pink colour and the dining area that boasts a pale shade of yellow.
Other property highlights include a light and bright art room, white oak hardwood floors, grassy lawns shaded by the host of mature trees, a saltwater pool with inset spa, a detached guesthouse and alfresco dining patios.
Musgraves originally purchased the property from designer Louisa Pierce for US$1.9 million two years ago.
