Ray White Queensland has held its first face-to-face forum in 18 months, with members from across the state meeting at the group’s Brisbane offices.

More than 55 Ray White members from dozens of offices across Far North and Central Queensland have come together for their first face-to-face meeting in more than 18 months as Eagle Street in Brisbane played host to a full-day forum.
The day provided members with case studies, Q&A sessions, technology strategies, sales training, property management presentations, administration sessions, and much more.
Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said it was fantastic to see so many people back in a room together where learnings could be shared.
“It was a real thrill to be here and to see so many faces in person, not via a Zoom or Google Hangout, and this is without doubt the best way to communicate and grow,” Mr White said.
“So many people have made the effort to fly from various towns and cities across this great state and I look forward to hearing about how the day has progressed for our valued members.”
Ray White QLD North Director Tony Warland said for so many people to make the trip down to the state’s capital was testament to the camaraderie of the wider team.
“The turn out was been absolutely fantastic. The trip from Cairns down to Brisbane is essentially the length of New Zealand, so I just want to take a moment to pay tribute to everyone for making the effort,” Mr Warland said.
“These relationships have been built and have blossomed over many years and the ability to come together and work together in the same room is something quite special. I would also like to say a big thank you to the Ray White Corporate Queensland team for all of their efforts.”
It was a particularly good day for Ray White Hervey Bay members as Tammy Heywood  and Nerralee Hinder ( said face-to-face interaction was a real winner.
“Haesely Cush (Ray White New Farm Principal) was a real highlight for us, very inspirational and very funny, he kept us well entertained,” Ms Heywood said.
“It was common sense and it made sense and our principal has been talking about having really good physical and mental balance in our workplace and that continued on with that.
“Our key learnings have a lot to do with doing something different. I’m fairly new to Ray White and I’m in a town I only just moved to so the training around making yourself known was great.”
It was a similar sentiment shared by Hervey Bay duo Lachlan Beckett and Jacob Cullen as they lauded the energy in the room on the day.
“I’m quite new to Ray White myself so it’s really great to be here and to be able to soak up the atmosphere and to see so many other successful people face-to-face,” Mr Cullen said.
“Structure and management is a key learning for me today. It’s so important to have time for the things you enjoy in life, especially if you have a family, so you have to enjoy balance.”
