The team at Di Jones gathered together to expand their skill set and grow personally as part of its 2018 Annual Conference in Sydney.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said the staff from across the agency’s network of offices in Sydney and the Southern Highlands participated in the event.
“The theme of the conference was ‘Make every day count’,” Mr Ward said. “The day was designed to energise and inspire our team with new ideas to implement in both their professional and personal lives.
“The day included a fantastic line-up of passionate and knowledgeable speakers, including five-time Paralympian and Commonwealth Games Gold medallist Kurt Fearnley, who shared his triumphs and inspirational journey.
“Professional coach Shane Kempton spoke about how to reach your full potential and Rik Rushton, peak performance coach and speaker, focused on The Power of Connection and how to become a master communicator.
“It is important to come together as a network to learn and grow. This event was highly successful and an essential part of our agency training,” Mr Ward said.
“As a business, we are committed to investing in our team and nurturing their ongoing development.”
The Di Jones conference was held on Sunday, 26 August 2018 at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney. Sponsors of the event were Green Features, Jim Wilson Constructions, REA Group, Coco Republic, CoreLogic and Campaigntrack.
