Property marketplace Domain has announced the appointment of John Foong to the role of Chief Revenue Officer.
Mr Foong will be joining the Domain team asย of 27 September, replacing Domainโs current Group Director in Commercial, Tony Blamey.
Since 2019, Mr Foong served as Global Director of Account Management and Customer Engineering at Uber in California where he has led multiple growth, collaboration and partnership initiatives across Uberโs business customers.
Prior to Uber, Mr Foong spent 12 years at Google holding a range of go-to-market leadership roles, including leading Google Cloudโs multi-billion-dollar global partner/agent sales team.
Mr Foong will be responsible for the growth of Domainโs marketplace portfolio spanning Residential, Commercial, Developer and Media and Agent Solutions as well as Go to Market, Sales Operations and Customer Experience.

Domain Managing Director and CEO Jason Pellegrino welcomed Mr Foong to the Domain team.

Mr Pellegrino also acknowledged the contribution Mr Blamey made to the team during his time at Domain.

Domain recently announced its results for the 2021 Financial Year, revealing a significant boost in net profit after tax, which grew 66 per cent to 34.3 million year-on-year.
The property marketplace also said that itย will repay the Federal Governmentโs JobKeeper Scheme.
