Raine & Horne Double Bay and its selling whiz, Ric Serrao, have dominated the Raine & Horne NSW State awards, held at the Westin Hotel, Sydney last Saturday night. The prestigious awards attracted 450 attendees, a record for the annual event.
Mr Serrao was named Raine & Horne’s Top Salesperson (Principal) – Number of Sales and Top Salesperson (Principal) – Dollar Value. In the number of sales category, Mr Serrao beat newcomer, Zeb Alaia, Principal of Raine & Horne Goulburn. The Double Bay ace was named the group’s leading agent for auction listings, and Raine & Horne Double Bay scored the Metropolitan Auction Shield.
Raine & Horne Double Bay, led by Mr Serrao and Co-principal Martin Maskin, grabbed first place in the hotly contested Top Office – Dollar Value from Raine & Horne Dee Why and Raine & Horne Concord. The successful Eastern Suburbs business grabbed gold in the Top Office-Number of Sales category from Raine & Horne Batemans Bay and Raine & Horne Bathurst.

In other results, Raine & Horne Concord’s Dib Chidiac forced Raine & Horne St Mary’s Peter Diamantidis into second place in the Top Salesperson Dollar Value category. Mr Diamantidis turned the tables by winning the Top Salesperson – Number of Sales category. The St Mary’s agent beat from Christian Leung from Raine & Horne Concord and Mr Chidiac.
In the regional categories, Raine & Horne Rural Sydney, led by Andrew Tout, won the Top Rural Office – Dollar Value. Mr Tout was named Top Rural Salesperson- Dollar Value. Raine & Horne Bathurst scored first in the Top Country Office – Dollar Value. The Bathurst office led by Matt Clifton, Michelle Mackay and Grant Maskill-Dowton won the Auction Shield Country & Coastal.
Raine & Horne Batemans Bay was a worthy winner of the Top Coastal Office – Dollar Value after finishing fourth in NSW overall in this category.
In the commercial real estate categories Raine & Horne Commercial Newcastle was prominent. The office led by Steve Dick won first place in the Top Commercial Office – Dollar Value. Mr Dick finished second behind Vincent West, Co-Principal Raine & Horne Commercial Northern Beaches in the Top Commercial Salesperson (Dollar Sales Value) category. In addition, Raine & Horne Commercial Newcastle’s Alan Tonks finished second behind Jay Sheffield, Co-Principal of Raine & Horne North Sydney in the Top Commercial Salesperson – Leasing Dollar Value category.
Another regional office, Raine & Horne Commercial Port Macquarie scored first in the Top Commercial Office Business Growth – Dollar Value, while Daniel Krobot, Raine & Horne Commercial Macarthur grabbed first in the Top Commercial Salesperson – Number of Leasing Transactions.
Another popular winner was Allison Gane from Raine & Horne Commercial Erina who was named as the group’s Outstanding Commercial Property Manager. “Allison’s loyalty and dedication to Raine & Horne Commercial has seen her consistently exceed her annual property management KPIs and profit targets,” said Mr Raine.
“Over 2016, Allison grew her portfolio by 25% and her office, led by Principal Brett Hunter, credits its growth and success over the last two years to Allison’s ability to win and retain business.” Other Property Management winners included Christian Bracci who took first in the Property Management Marketing Excellence category.
