Elders Real Estate has announced the opening of yet another new office in Queensland, welcoming a new team in Redlands.
Alex and Taylor Tincknell are the new principals and directors of Elders Real Estate Redlands.
Currently operating a family-owned business with 26 employees known as ‘Bayside Slashing’, the duo have successfully grown the company and effectively implemented systems to achieve an extremely high level of customer service.
With the success of this business, Alex and Taylor decided to apply their business acumen to real estate.
Alex has been incredibly passionate about Real Estate from a young age, buying his first property at age 18 on Russell Island.
Upon graduating from Bond University with a Business Law degree, he spent five years in his family business.
Taylor is also soon to complete her business degree majoring in accounting and has over five years’ experience in business and financial accounts management.
Alex and Taylor are clear on the reasons they decided to join Elders.
“The amount of time I have personally invested into studying the Redland’s property market led me to the decision that the quality of agency services in the Redlands should be held to a far higher standard,” Alex said.
“We feel that trust is the hardest element to create in brand recognition and Elders has cultivated this for 180 years, which provides the ideal partnership for our agency. We hope to thrive under the banner of Elders Real Estate”.
The team will set the bar high with a focus on sales systems, customer experience, client engagement and office reputation. While they acknowledge advertising will be extremely important, it is their intention that high quality of service will do a lot of the talking for them.
