Ray White The Rubinstein Group (Ray White TRG) has announced that established eastern suburbs agent Evan Williams will be joining the team.
Led by Gavin Rubinstein, Ray White TRG parted ways with Ray White Double Bay in May this year having spent 10 years with the group, and soon announced a new Ray White office based in Woollahra.
Speaking exclusively to Elite Agent about the move, both Mr Rubinstein and Mr Williams say they are excited at the prospect of joining forces.
“Evan is a fantastic practitioner who will bring a lot to the table in terms of value to his clients,” Mr Rubinstein said of the appointment.
Having worked together at Ray White Double Bay for almost five years, Mr Rubinstein also said he’s seen Mr Williams evolve and get better and better, as evidenced by the fact that Mr Williams had recently reached Elite Status within the group.
“We’ve always had a great relationship so I am excited about what he will bring to the table,” Mr Rubinstein said.
“I feel honoured that a guy like that has decided to work alongside us.”
Likewise, Mr Williams said he is excited to join what he sees as one of the most progressive teams in the country with the backing of the Ray White colours.
“I know the Ray White family back to front – I started in Woollahra and then moved back to Double Bay, and ironically I’m going back to Woollahra again.”
With Mr Williams joining the team as an Associate Director of TRG, both he, and Mr Rubinstein have set themselves some ambitious targets.
”My goal is to help Ray White TRG become one of the top agencies in the network.
“There is a possibility for us to really have a crack at taking out that title in the next 24 months,” Mr Williams said.
“While we are a smaller office, and certainly a boutique setup, we are operating in the areas where we are very familiar and it’s a fantastic opportunity.”
