Already a strong player in the Queensland market, Explore Property sets its sights firmly on the southern region with the appointment of Shenal Yigitbas to its corporate team.
Explore Chief Executive Officer Andrew Acton said he was delighted to have Ms Yigitbas on board.
“We looked at this appointment very deeply, we took our time with the final decision, and when we looked at the kind of person we thought showcased our unique brand the best, Shenal was a shining light,” he said.
“Shenal has all the qualities we are looking for. She knows the industry, has the practical experience, is a terrific person and wants to add value to others.”
Ms Yigitbas’ first priority is to expand Explore Property’s presence in Southern Queensland, which is an opportunity she has grabbed with both hands.
‘We have an amazing brand and our franchisees have built incredible businesses through the brand with our smart technology platform, specialist advice and support as well as dynamic marketing and resources,” Mr Acton said.
“We are all set to share our model further and add real value to all our current and future members
“I think many existing leaders and good agents with leadership aspirations need a new story to bring to their markets. There is a lot of sameness out there and Explore is an alternative model and look.”
Mr Acton said Explore Property prided itself on helping people create better businesses and improve.
