An Atherton Tablelands agency is the latest to come onboard with Explore Property, adding to the brand’s successful addition of agencies in Mandurah, Augusta and the Whitsundays in 2022.
Principal Nichole Dawson took over Yungaburra-Tinaroon Realty in her early 20’s and over the past 11 years has grown the business with great success.
Explore Property Chief Executive Officer Andrew Acton said the agency joining the Explore Property brand was an interesting rebranding case.
“This independent agency was the market leader in their region so it wasn’t a case of them struggling in the market,” he said.
“They did, however, feel they needed to take their business to another level and to do that needed access to branding, marketing, support and technology.”
Mr Acton said Ms Dawson was a quality operator with a strong team alongside her.
“She is the new generation of real estate leader who has all facets of the business mastered,” he said.
“She has a thirst for leadership and we are here to empower her journey and help her build a bigger business.”
The agency has a stunning company-owned building in Yungaburra, which is a prosperous lifestyle market.
In other Explore Property news, Mr Acton said the brand had just held its final leadership day at the Calile Hotel in Brisbane, with leadership expert Dr Neil Carrington.
“We offer a whole framework for successful agency operation but what we really specialise in is leadership,” he said.
“We are leadership coaches who happen to be in real estate. Our recent leaders day covered personal leadership, organisational culture and coaching people.
