Building on the success of Ray White Marsden, business owner Avi Khan is expanding into nearby Beenleigh.
Along with new business partners and joint owners Glenn Hamilton and Bec Cragg, the new team is aiming to replicate the rapid growth and success they’re experiencing in Marsden.
“I only opened the Marsden office in January 2018, and already we’ve grown to a team of 22 – across both sales and property management,” Mr Khan said.
“It gives me great confidence in knowing that our team will now be able to effectively service the Beenleigh community under the leadership and guidance of Glenn. One of our main goals at Ray White Marsden is to develop leaders and it’s great to see our staff fulfilling their aspirations to lead. “
After joining the real estate industry as a sales agent in 2015, Mr Hamilton is thrilled to be taking this next step into business ownership.
“Having worked with Avi at the Marsden office for the last 18 months, it became obvious that our beliefs and ethics in what we wanted to achieve in our business were very much aligned,” he said.
With Mr Khan continuing his focus on the Marsden office, Mr Hamilton will head up Ray White Beenleigh.
“Having started my career in Beenleigh I’m very excited to be heading back to where it all began, to grow my team and really bring a new level of customer service to the local community,” Mr Hamilton said.
“Glenn has become an exceptional leader in our business and I’m so pleased to have him on board. I am very confident that he will grow the Beenleigh business, as he has his own business over the past 18 months,” Mr Khan said.
The new look Ray White Beenleigh also welcomes back the highly-respected Corrine Forsyth who will head up their property management department.
Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland congratulated Mr Khan and Mr Hamilton on their expansion into Beenleigh.
“Avi runs an exceptional business in Marsden, and with the inclusion of Glenn we are thrilled to see them take on this next opportunity in Beenleigh to service the needs of the real estate community,” Mr Warland said.
For both Mr Khan and Mr Hamilton the goal is clear: to be the best source of real estate in the area.
“The culture of our business is extremely community focused. I think this is why Ray White Marsden has become so successful – because we’ve found ways to support and integrate ourselves into the community that we serve,” Mr Khan said.
“This is one of the main things we look for when recruiting new team members, that they not only fit into our culture but are wanting to grow with us and become leaders in our business.
“We want to add genuine value to the Beenleigh community, whether that be through sponsorships or community events. Having the right people in our team will be key to ensuring this is carried through,” Mr Hamilton said.
