First National Real Estate has today entered a landmark agreement with First National Real Estate Platinum Project Marketing at its Melbourne’s CBD offices to launch a major new project marketing initiative throughout Asia.
The agreement leverages the strength of relationships founded in Australian based Asian communities by First National Real Estate, which are themselves the result of a leading Australasia brand position for 35 years.
First National Real Estate chief executive, Ray Ellis indicated that in addition to arrangements the network already has in place to leverage Chinese property investment, the new initiative advances negotiations with a major organisation to enter the Chinese market, while managing the sale of outbound and inbound property stock as well as the conveyancing processes domestically.
First National Real Estate Platinum Project Marketing principals Maurice Romano and Debbie O’Bryan have established an award-winning portfolio of projects in Melbourne as well as significant referral alliances throughout First National’s Australian network.
‘Very few Australian real estate networks have entered foreign territory with such strong levels of brand recognition and trust already established.’ said Mr Romano.
‘This agreement opens up access to 16 countries in Asia and encompasses three key approaches; joint ventures, strategic alliances and strategic investments. Significantly, there is already strong interest from Malaysia and Vietnam, and discussions are well advanced in other countries.’
According to First National Real Estate chairman, Mr David Nitschke, First National Real Estate’s board of directors welcomes the initiative on behalf of the network’s broader membership.
‘The relationship with the Romano family and its strong credentials will ensure the success of the project’ said Mr Nitschke.
First National Real Estate has 370 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea.
