Two of the North Shore’s best-known real estate agencies have joined forces under the First National Real Estate brand, strengthening the network’s market presence in the region’s highest density commercial, residential and retail district – Chatswood.
First National Regency Realty officially launches its new venture today, following the purchase of one of Chatswood’s longest serving franchise agencies. The acquisition see’s the former franchise’s high profile location near Chatswood railway station re-branded First National Real Estate, and its entire team absorbed into the new business structure.
First National Regency Realty principal Simon Boroudjani says he’s thrilled that co-principals of the former franchise, Robert and Christine McElhome, and their team will be staying on in the new business, given their 17 years of experience selling and managing some of the most prestigious properties in the area.

We’ll set new standards in Chatswood, reinvigorate local competitiveness, and improve choice for local residents and businesses” said Mr Boroudjani.
