First National Returns To Willunga

First National Real Estate has announced the continuation of its 16-year presence on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula through the opening of its new office in Willunga; First National Real Estate Ollwitz.

Long-term property owners on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Ross and Debbie Coleman – who have given over 22 years professional service to its landowners – will head the office, supported by rural and lifestyle property specialists Chris Watts, Tim Monfries, and Frances Crees.

“First National Real Estate has maintained a strong presence throughout the wine regions of The Fleurieu Peninsula for many years so our return to Willunga was always going to happen quickly,” said First National chief executive Ray Ellis.

“Ross and Debbie have built a loyal customer base over many years and are a natural fit for First National Real Estate. They are excited about leveraging our leading edge marketing technologies, human resources services, and accelerating the growth of their business. We are committed to helping them achieve that aim.”

First National Real Estate Ollwitz will offer a range of services throughout McLaren Vale and the surrounding region, focusing on property management, rural and lifestyle property sales, auctions and clearing sales.

“Debbie and I are very excited about leveraging the strength of First National’s nationwide network, but we also look forward to working closely on referral opportunities with First National’s other two Fleurieu Peninsula offices; First National Copley (Normanville) and First National Nitschke (Strathalbyn),” said First National Ollwitz principal, Ross Coleman.

“We have a highly experienced sales team that know the area like the back of their hands and our property management services lead the industry.”
