First National Real Estate has appointed Goals International to expand its existing in-rooms, online and on-demand training strategy for 2018 in Western Australia.
Business Growth Manager, Debbie Fletcher said regular training, mentoring and coaching was essential, particularly in a tough market, to help agents remain inspired, motivated and at the forefront of the industry.
“A lot of thought went into this initiative and the selection of a training partner,” she said.
“We wanted to provide relevant and practical coaching to help everyone in our network, from those who have been in the industry for a long time or are just entering the market, covering sales and property management.
“To achieve that, we wanted to appoint someone local, experienced, familiar with the WA market and easily accessible to our member agents.
“Goals International is a WA company and director Ryan Thompson has many years of local real estate experience.
“As a trainer he doesn’t pull punches, is direct but also encouraging, which is what you need in this market.”
“We want West Australians to look to First National and recognise that we are progressive, leading the way, and supporting our agents to deliver the best customer service and outcomes,” she said.
“Taking Ryan on will do exactly that.
“This is something we believe no other group has done; we believe it has value, otherwise we wouldn’t be doing it, and I have already received positive feedback about the initiative.”
First National Real Estate has 20 offices in Western Australia, from the Kimberley in the north to the South-West.
Ms Fletcher said rather than asking the offices to travel to Perth, Mr Thompson would initially conduct training in the regions.
“We’re taking Ryan all over the state to make up for the tyranny of distance,” she said.
