Agencies are partnering with Harcourts Property Centre to reap the benefits of greater scale and more time to spend with clients.
The Announcement:
Harcourts Property Centre has been working diligently over the past 12 months to create a special environment in which people can thrive.
The two most recent partnerships prove that they are well on track achieve this.
In short, this is a deliberate focus on creating opportunities for business to actually work within the Harcourts Property Centre business.
“We have a pathway and a program of work which allows businesses who are over the challenges of running their own business to partner with us to get the benefits of the scale of Harcourts Property Centre,” explains Harcourts Property Centre Director Aaron Brooks.
This week Wayne Hartley and the team at Redlands Realty joined the Harcourts Property Centre team.
“We’re excited to join the team. It makes so much sense for us to merge with Harcourts Property Centre – we were just drawn to the energy and momentum of the business that Sam and Aaron have created,” explains Mr Hartley.
“They run such an efficient business and we know we can really benefit from their systems, technology, and marketing.”
“Together we know we can provide our clients with an even better experience”.
Liam Anlezark and Liam Kennedy and the team at Stay Property Group Noosa have been the next to take advantage of this program.
The Stay team had been running their own business for the past few years and wanted to take their business to another level.
Working within Harcourts Property Centre freed up their time to put it back into their clients rather than doing administration and other non-client facing activities.
“We developed this strategy knowing the industry is continuing to go through changing times where business owners are having to manage margins, team members, technology, clients expectations, culture, systems, and so on,” points out Sam Devlin, Director Harcourts Property Centre.
With a total team of over 120 professionals, and a focus on growing the property management business, Harcourts Property Centre is set to continue to welcome and support new businesses.
Currently in discussion with a number of other key partners, Harcourts Property Centre will be announcing more exciting mergers in the coming months.
“We’re so pleased that quality people want to join our business and we have a pathway and program for them to thrive in,” Mr Devlin said.
