Hardeep Singh: A decade of dedication in Casey

Hardeep Singh believes success in real estate comes down to three simple principles: concentration, focus, and hard work.

“If you don’t work hard, nothing will change your life,” Mr Singh said. 

“You just need to work hard, concentrate, focus. 

โ€œThat’s the simple formula. 

โ€œOther things will come slowly, clean and clear.”

This straightforward philosophy has served him well. 

For the past decade, Mr Singh has established himself as one of the top-performing agents in Melbourne’s Casey region, having sold more than 170 properties in the last 12 months alone.

Mr Singh’s journey to real estate success began far from the suburbs of Melbourne. 

He moved from his village in India to Townsville, Queensland โ€“ “also a small village, not a big city,” as he describes it, before relocating to Melbourne in April 2015.

“Clearly in my mind, if I wanted to do something, I would do real estate,” he said.

After completing his real estate training in just one month, he secured his first position in May 2015, marking the beginning of what would become a long career in the industry.

Throughout his decade in real estate, Mr Singh has deliberately concentrated his efforts on Melbourne’s Casey region, believing that agents should maintain a focused footprint.

“More than 30 kilometres for a real estate agent is not feasible,” he said. 

โ€œYou don’t know the area and you can’t serve people properly.”

This commitment to his local area has allowed him to develop deep market knowledge in Casey’s multicultural community.

“In Casey, they’re multicultural and you can find a bit of everything,” he said. 

“I don’t see the people’s faces, I see their intention.”

In 2017, Mr Singh made a move to join Area Specialist after meeting founder Michael Choi.
