Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry have picked up a US$14 million Los Angeles penthouse.
According to The Dirt, the three-bedroom, five-bathroom home, known as The Cavalli Penthouse, was previously owned by Sergey Grishin, a Russian-born billionaire businessman.
Inside, the 490sq m Century City penthouse, there’s a host of recently updated features and sweeping views of the city lights.
Set across three expansive terraces, there’s a wine room and an office with built-in bookshelves.
There’s also a great room with an onyx wet bar, a marble fireplace and Murano chandelier, as well as a formal dining room that sits alongside a gourmet kitchen which features an eat-in island and a range of Miele appliances.
The master retreat has its very own fireplace, bespoke closets and dressing rooms, and a luxury bathroom and sauna.
The building itself also boasts a range of amenities such as a 24-hour concierge and valet, a restaurant, and 23-metre lap pool and 4 acres of landscaped gardens that include al fresco dining areas, fountains and botanical walking paths.
