Award-winning business Century 21 Signature Realty in Nowra has opened a second office at Callala Beach in the New South Wales Shoalhaven region.
With the continued popularity of the area as a seachange destination, the new office will enable the team to focus on the growth opportunities in the region.
The new Century 21 Signature Realty office will work to build a greater local presence in the areas it will service, which include Callala Beach, Callala Bay, Currarong, Culburra Beach, and Greenwell Point.
“We have been working in the Callala area for many years and have built up a strong relationship with many residents,” business owner and Century 21 Signature Realty principal, Rachel Lea said.
“Providing the best possible service to clients and developing long-term relationships with our local community is our business growth mantra.”
Having lived in the South Coast region for the past 19 years, Ms Lea knows the importance of being an active participant in her local community, and has been involved in raising $450,000 for six local charities in 2021 in partnership with Hotondo Homes.
“I know that by engaging with our local community at all levels, not just around property, we can continue to build on the trust that we have already achieved,” she said.
“We are committed to being the agency that Shoalhaven residents look to for local real estate expertise.”
With 28 years of real estate sales experience, a property law conveyancing degree and multiple individual sales awards, Ms Lea, along with business partner, Carol Carroll, who runs their property management division, have carved a niche in their marketplace since taking ownership of Century 21 Signature Realty in 2018.
The office was also recently recognised with the Highest Growth Award at the network’s NSW 2021 Annual Awards presented in May.
This acknowledged the Century 21 Signature Realty team achieving the largest percentile increase in gross closed commissions over the previous calendar year across all C21 offices in NSW.
“I have no doubt Rachel, Carol and their team’s success can be attributed to their people-first approach,” CEO of Century 21 Australasia, James Bell said.
“I look forward to seeing the successful expansion of their business and know that their continued community focus will empower them to reach new heights.”
Mr Bell noted C21 offered robust business operation systems and support that enabled existing principals to expand to additional locations.
“We have seen four business expansions by existing Century 21 franchise owners in 2022 already,” Mr Bell said.
“Their confidence in growing under the umbrella of the C21 brand is testament to the strength of our network support across all areas of operations as we ensure business growth is encouraged and executed as seamlessly as possible.”
