Experienced agent and Hills District expert, Karen D’Angola has joined DiJONES to leverage her expertise in the local market.
Ms D’Angola has worked in real estate across the Hills District for many years as well as being a local resident.
“We approached Karen because of her strong position as a market leader in real estate for the Hills District, as well as our research and findings on recent property migration data,” DiJONES CEO, Rob Ward said.
Ms D’Angola explained she was attracted to the collaborative culture and state-of-the-art technology DiJONES were able to offer both her and her clients.
“The brand strategy through which every vendor deserves to have their home marketed beautifully really resonated with me,” Ms D’Angola said.
She further noted the Hills District had been changing rapidly over the last few years, Castle Hill in particular.
“What we’ve found is that a lot of clients are coming out of the Northern Beaches, Inner West and CBD into Castle Hill and the surrounding areas, especially with the new Metro and other infrastructure changes,” Ms D’Angola said.
“We also have clients who have lived in the area a long time moving out towards the Lower North Shore, the Northern Beaches and Bowral in order to downsize or just enjoy their retirement.”
