The rebrand coincides with the recent promotion of two senior agents within the business, Peter Vassilis and Youseff Chmait, to director.
The Announcement:
A leading independent real estate agency in Sydney’s inner west, Hudson McHugh, have announced their rebrand with Raine and Horne Summer Hill.
The two agencies will be branded under the purple Hudson McHugh label, which has risen to prominence over the last six years to rival the incumbents.
Today, Realestate.com.au ranks Hudson McHugh as the leading office based in the inner west.
“This is a great move for Hudson McHugh and our team of 26. We share a lot of the same core values as the team in Summer Hill and it’s just seriously exciting to know that there will be a whole new team in purple providing the market with sharper, smarter advice,” Hudson McHugh co-founder James Price said.
Last year Hudson McHugh sold over half-a-billion dollars in inner west property and hundreds of homes and units.
“Our new Summer Hill office has a real speciality in investments management and we look forward to welcoming Gabriela’s clients to Hudson McHugh,” co-founder David Eastway added.
Gabriela Rodriguez of the Raine and Horne Summer Hill business said the move is a benefit to both businesses.
‘My business has long had a strong reputation in the Summer Hill market and surrounding suburbs, and this move fits perfectly with our resolve to deliver fresh, energetic and hyper-local advice and guidance to the homeowners, investors and prospective purchasers to the best pocket of Sydney,” Gabriela said.
The announcement of the merger coincides with the recent promotion of two senior agents within the business, Peter Vassilis and Youseff Chmait, to director.
“It’s all too common in real estate that great sales people don’t actually get the opportunity to become directors of the business they operate within.
“We don’t subscribe to that mentality. Great talent deserves every opportunity and Peter and Youseff prove time and time again their leadership potential alongside their sales success,” James said.
Hudson McHugh turns seven in May and now operates from Leichhardt and Summer Hill.
“We look forward to investing and engaging with the Summer Hill community the same way we have in Leichhardt, Annandale and Lilyfield with sponsorships, partnerships and being part of everyday life,” David concluded.
