Carpool Karaoke creator and late-night talk show host James Corden has officially put his luxurious Los Angeles estate on the market with an asking price of US$22 million.
According to The Dirt, the funnyman had initially looked to try and offload the property in an off-market deal, but after three months he’s decided to officially list the Brentwood Park estate.
Corden is looking at making a substantial profit on the sale of the property after initially purchasing the 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom home in 2017 for US$10 million, however, it has undergone an extensive renovation while he lived there.
Hidden from the street, the 0.45-acre estate sits behind large gates and a substantial hedge, with a long winding driveway that leads up to the house.
Inside the New England-style home, there are 754sq m of living space that boast hardwood floors throughout, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, an open kitchen and a living room with a fireplace.
Some of the other luxury features include a 20-seat movie theatre, a library and a family room with French doors that open up to the garden.
The upstairs master suite comes with its own sitting area and marble fireplace, and also includes a separate lounge and private balcony that overlooks the backyard.
Outside, the backyard is incredibly private and perfectly set up for children and comes with a built-in playset, an in-ground trampoline and plenty of lawn area.
You will also find a sparkling pool with an inset spa and Baja shelf and a combination of lush trees that are perfect for the warm LA weather.
Corden is reportedly moving back to the UK after “The Late Late Show With James Corden” officially comes to an end in a few months’ time.
