Jellis Craig welcomes Kate Spargo and Peter Nankivell as non-executive directors to their board.

Jellis Craig is pleased to welcome two new Non-Executive Directors to its board. The Director appointments come after a period of record growth and exciting developments for the brand, further highlighting its ambitious future and strength in the real estate industry.
Kate Spargo and Peter Nankivell will join the current board of four Directors at Jellis Craig in August 2021.
Kate Spargo has held Directorship positions for multiple ASX companies across a variety of industries including CIMIC Group, Sonic Healthcare, Investec Bank and Adairs Ltd. With more than 20 years board experience, Kate brings with her an impressive background and a wealth of knowledge.
Peter Nankivell has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate advisory, finance and governance. Peter consults to Thomson Geer Lawyers and was formerly the Chair of Partners at Herbert Geer Lawyers. Peter is a non-executive director at Supra Capital and RTN Law. Peter holds significant real estate industry experience as an adviser to many groups around structuring, M&A and compliance.
